A digital intro-to-physics textbook that uses animation and
interactivity to illustrate concepts in ways that would be impossible
on the printed page. For instance, the user can drag to resize a box
full of simulated gas molecules and observe the effect of a change in
pressure.

look at this program, try some of the animations at different times of
day and see what happens."
