This is Apple's Select CPU Enhancements 1.0 for pre-7.5.3 systems,
which provides assorted bug-fixes for the following Macintosh models:
Color Classic, Macintosh LC 575, Macintosh LC 630, Macintosh TV, and
PowerBook 150.

#1 DL: Version 1.0 of Select CPU Enhancements. Includes a Disk Copy
6.1 image and a DiskScript. Self-extracting Stuffit archive contained
in a MacBinary archive.

Notes:

 * Many of these bug-fixes are included in Mac OS 7.5.3 (System 7.5
   Update 2.0).
 * Select CPU Enhancements 1.0 is also included in the [Apple Legacy
   Software Recovery CD][1].

> ### Mount IDE Drive

> This extension will mount the internal IDE drive on the desktop for
> Powerbook 150 and Macintosh 630 systems when the system is booted
> from a device other than the internal drive.

> If during the boot process, the user presses Cmd, Option, Shift, and
> Delete keys simultaneously, the system will boot from a drive other
> than the internal IDE drive. In this situation the IDE drive does
> not show up on the desktop. This extension will mount the IDE drive
> on the desktop after completion of the boot.

> ### Macintosh TV Update

> When running Systemn 7.5 on a Macintosh TV, the system software did
> not allow the user to go into TV mode. The control panel contains
> code that restores the ability to switch into TV mode from computer
> mode.

> ### PowerBook 150 Update
>
> This extension provides a fix for internal modems and a software fix
> that extends the battery life when the powerbook 150 is in sleep
> mode.
>
> The extension has some code that keeps internal modems from hanging.
> This fix allows software to use the modem multiple times without
> restarting the Powerbook 150.
>
> This extension also fixes a bug where the battery can be drained
> faster than specified when the portable is in sleep mode.
