Compiling instructions are available in the [main page][1]. They [used
to be a bit different][2] before migrating the code repo to GitHub,
and even included a link pointing to Mac OS 9 (and earlier)
instructions, but sadly that link is both dead and unarchived.
More descriptive instructions are still available in [the GitHub
page][3].
Cocoa source is allegedly somewhat more up-to-date.
