ResidualVM is similar to [ScummVM][2] which let you play games on
hardware for which the original titles were not designed. However,
ResidualVM's focus is on 3D adventures, like the aforementioned
LucasArts games, [Myst III][3] and The Longest Journey, which ScummVM
did not support. In October 2020, ScummVM started supporting those
games and ResidualVM was shut down.
