After install from first CD that was mounted with OSX diskimage
mounter, you can start Reason 3, it will ask for 2nd CD with orchester
refill...
.. mounting 2nd and 3rd CD with OSX's diskimage mounter will not be
sufficient for Reason.

At this phase, you should open Roxio Toast Titanium app, and drop
there the 2nd CD iso image and click mount in Roxio Toast. Reason 3
will immediately detect the 2nd CD and can continue to copy the refill
soundbank to it's final place on HDD. After finished will ask for
third CD, mount it with Titanium as well.

Manual copy the soundbanks from CD2 and CD3 will not yield the same
result, just mount them with Roxio.

#4 is Version 3.0.5 which allows for native Intel support.

Reason also supports Rewire which allows another application to play
as the host, and Reason to be a device to Protools 5, Logic 4 Cubase
SX/SL, Digital Performer 2.5 and all version of Ableton Live. This
turns it effectively into a virtual instrument and allows for
multichannel audio wiring.
