REALbasic is a cross-platform language and IDE very similar to
Microsoft Visual Basic.
REALbasic version 2007r3 is the last version to support compiling of
pre-OSX only binaries.

This is the latest and greatest if you want to develop PowerPC
"Classic" applications using REALbasic, as Carbon applications. For
"native", Toolbox-based Mac "Classic" applications, the latest version
is [REALbasic 2006r3][1].
