REALbasic 4.x:
I have been able to find installers for 4.x. But I can't find a
working serial code. I will upload these when I find one or if someone
requests it.

Practically all of these installers have been obtained from MacAddict
CDs. So there isn't any of the CD bonus content. Hopefully someone
will find a copy and share it someday.
