This was a control panel saved from a Power Macintosh 6100 running
System 7.5.2, which had a NuBus adapter installed with a Radius
LeMansGT graphics card. Sadly, no other related files were found on
the system.
The Get Info dialog box says this is version 3.3a14e1, with a created
date of November 16, 1994.
In my case, when the control panel was launched, you were given the
open to turn on acceleration. If you hold the command and option keys,
an option of toggling acceleration is tied to the Caps Lock key.
