Dumpster
Dumpster is a utility that allows you to view and edit 'moov'
resources. This is very handy when you need to find out specific
information about a movie or change some movie settings.
To view a 'moov' resource, run Dumpster and choose "Open" from the
File menu and select a movie file (for System 7.0, you can also drop
movies on Dumpster to open them). Dumpster will then display a window
containing all the movie atoms arranged hierarchically.
Clicking on a movie atom name will expand that atom to show its
contents. Clicking on the name again will collapse the display.
Choosing "Print" from the File menu will print the contents of the
window.
To edit a field, simply click on the field and type in a new number or
string. To save the changes, choose "Save" from the File menu.
Remember to always work on a copy of your original 'moov' resource, so
the changes you make can be undone.
