Those files ending in ".plist"... this decodes them (XML) and lets you
edit them. PLE comes with the Xcode/Developer Tools, but is so handy
to have in a pinch that why bother installing the entire multimegabyte
devtools when all you want is this, there are five versions in this
one download:

v1.2.7 for Jaguar & Panther (file info says v1.2.3)
v1.2.8 old outdated Tiger version PPC
v2.1.0 old outdated Tiger version UB
v2.2.0 latest Tiger build/version UB
v2.2.0 specially built for Leopard UB
