If the name Professional Composer doesn't establish a target market,
its pricetag should: $495. So should its feature set, which offers
only a barebones playback feature; the emphasis is on creating
WYSIWYG-printable sheet music.

First announced in early 1984, PC remained vaporware until February
1985, by which time various other Mac notation packages had beaten it
to market.

DL#1 is v1.0 in a bootable MFS disk
DL#2 is v1.0 folder archived, easier for later OS/emulators to use
DL#3 is v2.0
DL#4 is v1.10, copy protected
DL#5 is v1.10, cracked
DL#6 is v2.3M, copy protected (Disk Copy 4.2)
DL#7 is v2.3M, unprotected (Disk Copy 4.2 inside v1.5.1 .sit) Program
starts, no further testing.
DL#8 is v2.3Mfx, with copy protection removed. This version was
essentially identical to v2.3M, but the copy protection code was
updated to be 32-bit clean.
