PowerPrint is a collection of drivers for a wide range of printers.
The 4 floppy images (v3.0.0) were made with ShrinkWrap 2.1 and stuffed
with StuffIt 5.
(I used this program religiously in the mid-90's. It came with a Mac
serial to PC Centronics cable. I don't know if a generic cable will
work.)

The serial number (v3.0.0) is visible on the first floppy:
PP95091857950

 * DL #1: PowerPrint v3.0.0
 * DL #2: PowerPrint v4.0 with sn
 * DL #3: PowerPrint v5.0 English/French/German - no sn
 * DL #4: PowerPrint v2.5.2 with sn
 * DL #5: PowerPrint v2.5.1 with sn

Compatibility
Architecture: 68k

I only ever used (v3.0.0) on Mac OS 7.5 on 68K machines. It may work
on PPCs and it may work on Systems 8 and 9.

 * Version 3 requires System 7.0 or newer. Supports a wide range of
   printers, although dot-matrix printer support was dropped with
   this version.

 * Version 2.5.x requires System 6.0.7 or newer. The installers on
   the 2.5.x disks use an ARC decompressor, which has expired. To get
   these disks to install, the computer clock needs to be reset back
   in time to 1996. For example; to install v2.5.1 OK, I set the
   clock to Wed, Oct 02, 1996, 1:42PM ? This worked fine for me.

 * Version 2.5.2 may have a faulty disk as it fails to install the
   drivers properly causing a crashed reboot and possible damage to
   the HD in the process. If this fails on you, do check the HD with
   Disk Tools afterwards and repair if necessary. If you are at all
   nervous (but require an early version of PowerPrint), avoid this
   version and install v2.5.1 instead.

 * Version 2.5.1 installs correctly and MG member larsove reports
   that this version runs his [Oki320][1] dot matrix printer
   flawlessly, using the PowerPrint supplied Epson drivers on his
   System 6 Mac SE.
