C++ Macintosh Programming" by Dan Weston.

The text engine is modified from TE32K by Roy Wood and
with contributions by Patrick C. Beard, Lee A. Fyoc,
Pave Platt, and TEddy Slottow.

Additional code was written by David A. Wright and
Charlie Wilson

Commands supported: cd, chcre, chtyp, copylines,
cutlines, fat2ppc, fat268k, file, find, line, Ls, open,
stats, rtonum, numtor, toolserver, p, pwd, cat dump.
