Pfhorte is a fan-made [Marathon 1][1] map editor, first released by
Steve Israelson in 1995 and updated through 1997.

Compared to [Forge][2] it's rather crude, but it predates the
existence of that official modding tool since Forge was only released
with Marathon Infinity in 1996.

1.0d31 has been modified for use by MMMG (the Marathon Map Makers
Guild), who produced the Marathon 1 scenario Devil in a Blue Dress as
well as Excalibur: Morgana's Revenge, thus it will show the names of
Excalibur's items instead of the original Marathon names.

1.0d26 is not modified and will show the proper item names when
opening Marathon 1 map files.

Tested in Mac OS X Tiger (in Classic with 9.2) on real metal. iMac G4
700 MHz.
