1) Versions 2.0.4 - 2.1.6 are 32 bit Intel binaries and require Mac OS
X 10.6 at least.

2) Versions 2.2.0 - 2.3.3 are 32/64 bit Intel binaries and require Mac
OS X 10.6 at least. However, although versions 2.3.2 and 2.3.3 load in
Mac OS X 10.6.8, archived developer web pages suggest that they might
require Mac OS X 10.7.

3) Versions 2.3.7 - 2.5.0 are 64 bit Intel binaries. Versions 2.3.7 -
2.3.8 require Mac OS X 10.7 at least, and versions 2.3.9 - 2.5.0
require Mac OS X 10.11 at least.
