If you run a Snow Leopard Mac OS and occasionally find that you would
like to be able to copy files to a Windows NTFS formatted removable
drive or thumb drive, then NTFS Mounter (v0.4) may be just the cat's
whiskers for you.

![][1] |  As a utility app, NTFS Mounter will mount NTFS volumes in
Read/Write mode in Snow Leopard 10.6.x.
---|---
![][2] |  Although it was not officially supported, Snow Leopard
is/was able to mount NTFS volumes with both Read and Write support.
![][3] |  NTFS Mounter simply enables that ability, and provides a
user interface to the mount command, for NTFS volumes.
![][4] |  Freeware, no registration or personalization required.
Install and use ?Administrator permission is required (once), to
enable Read/Write access, and install the NTFS Mounter "cat" icon to
the menu bar.

Compatibility
Architecture: x86 (Intel:Mac)

This utility depends on a Snow Leopard feature to write to NTFS
volumes. It is NOT compatible with earlier Mac OSs.

No idea if this utility is suitable for later Mac OSs, it reached
version 0.4 in late 2009, and was not updated further.
