Extension which disables/hides the "Clean Up Desktop" menu item, just
above Shut Down on the Special menu under Mac OS 7 (8?). Very handy
for those who have their desktop sorted just the way they want.
There are two AppleScripts that will save and restore the icon
placement too -- very handy!
