The Newer Technology PowerPump Accelerator is a fancy overclocking
product for various Quadras. The specific one I have is for the Quadra
700, 900 and 950. It is designed to provide software control of your
overclock, even allowing you to independently set different overclocks
for the 68040 and the PowerPC upgrade if you have one fitted. It
connects into the board in a number of places. The main board sits in
the cramped NuBus slot on the Quadra 700, next to the PDS, but also
has a board that goes in the cache slot, and some flying leads that
clip onto the logic board elsewhere (e.g. the system clock). The kit
comes with two nice fans and mounting arrangements to provide extra
cooling when you're overclocking.

The floppy disk also includes a copy of Clockometer, Speedometer and
SCSI Probe.

I copied the image of the control panel from this YouTube video sorry

I don't have a compatible computer to run it on to get my own image.
