ModVoicer is a small editor / exporter for MOD music files. You can
change the Volume via the Volume menu, the base rate of the samples,
and the display method (dots or lines) via the Options menu. It will
let you save either a soundEdit file with the sample, or create a
ResEdit owned resource file with the sound in it.
If you have selected multiple samples in the list, Export will create
a resource file with all selected sounds in it. Choosing Export Merge
lets you put the selected sound(s) into an existing resource fork
(taking care not to overwrite previously saved 'snd ' rsrcs).
