MegaForm, part of Megahaus's suite of applications for the early
Macintosh, is an application for creating custom forms.

Download contains two 400K disk images: MegaForm System, and Forms
Disk MegaForm 1.00. They are in a StuffIt 1.5.1 archive encoded as
BinHex 4.0. (The MegaForm System disk reports that it is Finder
version 1.1g when booted, and the System file was last modified Dec.
18, 1984.)

The product box indicates that MegaForm is intended for the Macintosh
512k, but it has been tested to work on an emulated Macintosh 128k
using Mini vMac.
When using physical hardware, Megahaus recommended the use of a second
disk drive.
