Why use MacSOHO?
MacSOHO is easy to install and use. One software CD or downloaded file
sets-up your Mac to share files with the PC. MacSOHO uses simple a
protocol that will not interfere with Internet service and is already
available on a Windows-based PC.

On the PC
The interface looks familiar. From your PC the Macintosh files show up
through the LAN in the "Network Neighborhood" or "My Network Places".
The Macintosh looks like just another networked PC. After mounting a
Macintosh directory you can easily select and work with the files you
need to share. It won't interfere with your Internet service.

On the Mac
From the MacSOHO Browser a Macintosh user can easily mount PC shared
directories and manipulate the files directly over the network. You
can choose to use the files directly on the PC or copy them to the
Macintosh. MacSOHO makes the PC look like just another Macintosh
shared volume. The MacSOHO Browser shows every Macintosh in your
network. So if you have more than one Macintosh, they will all show up
in the MacSOHO Browser.
