Designed for children in grades 2-6. It provides drill and practice to
help them learn the names of the 50 U.S. states and capital cities. It
is a self-contained, double-clickable application. Displays detailed
maps of eight different geographic regions within the U.S. It offers
several modes of operation. The student can simply point to a state
and learn its correct spelling, capital city, and standard two-letter
abbreviation. The Mac can also indicate which state or capital is to
be pointed to. Another mode requires the student to enter the name of
the state or city from the keyboard, observing proper capitalization.
