TML Pascal was the first standalone Mac development environment on the
Macintosh, created by young software wizard Tom Leonard. It quickly
gained popularity, but fell behind when more sophisticated products
like THINK's [Lightspeed Pascal][1] and Apple's [MPW][2] family were
released.
It comes with a text editor, linker, and resource tools (not
[ResEdit][3]). Some information on MacLanguage Series Pascal, often
referred to as TML Pascal, can be found in MacTech's archived
articles.
