Both are pre Mac OS 7. Attempting to run them in Mac OS 7 will cause
the Finder to tell you to upgrade them.
However, Macintosh Programmer's Workshop 3.2 and later, which will run
well on Mac OS 7, will only work on a 68020 or better Macintosh. If
you need to program on a 68000 Macintosh, your best choice is only to
use Macintosh Programmer's Workshop 3.1 or earlier on System 6.0.x
