These 10.3.5 restore disks are a clone of those that came from the
iMac G5. The sole difference is that the machine identifier used to
check for hardware compatibility is swapped to PowerMac9,1 instead of
PowerMac8,1, allowing it to be installed on the single core 1.8 GHz
PowerMac G5.
If you wish to do this yourself, all you have to do is take the
restore disks from the iMac G5 (the one with the 1.8 GHz CPU and 600
MHz FSB), and use grep to find/replace all instances of 'PowerMac8,1'
with 'PowerMac9,1'.
I uploaded these disks simply because I wanted to run the original
version of Mac OS X that my PowerMac shipped with, and after burning
countless DVDs that would fail to boot / install, this finally worked.
Everything functions as far as I can tell, but I can't say that I've
extensively tested things. Hopefully this will save a few hours for
someone with the same hardware specs as me.
Check them against this EveryMac page:

If it all lines up, then these disk images will be suitable for you.
Happy burning!
