Download, decompress and burn with Toast or Disk Utility.
There seemed to be issues booting the disks I read with a SATA optical
drive in OSX.
So I have redone everything with an IDE optical on a G4 Quicksilver
running 9.2.2, using Toast 5.2 to image the disks and DropStuff to
compress them. I have verified this worked for 10.0.3 which was giving
someone issues.
