This is MacAC, a Macintosh circuit simulator. I've had it working on
Basilisk II running OS 7.5.5.
I've had this for decades. Found it in college. Helped a whole bunch
with projects.
It's a great program, I've never seen anything like it for the Mac,
and I didn't want it to fade from the universe. Never seen it anywhere
else.
