NewTek LightWave 5.0.
Full installer (includes Content) + all patches released for 5.0.

After installation you'll get "5.00x" version that is the Release.
To get the most updated version of 5.0 you'll need to roll up only
patch to revision D ("revD").

The patches are (chronologically): "5.0.1" [aka "Z" or "z5"], "Z5c",
"MacPatch9-12 [aka "z6"], "z7" and "revD". They are included only for
historical purposes =)

Note to those who DL'd the 1st (Top DL) archive, named
"LightWave3D_5.0.sit" prior to July 02, 2016:
That file was contaminated with the Macintosh virus 666-A, with
payloads in the archive, containing infected files named: "Patch to
Revision D", "Modeler [k] patch", & "LightWave [k] patch".

If you have installed and run LightWave from the archive applying any
of those patches prior to July 02, 2016, you should immediately [run a
virus checker][1] on your likely compromised classic system.

This archive has since been cleaned and replaced with the archive (Top
DL above) now named:
"LightWave3D-5-img.sit", MD5 checksum:
eb81ea25b38b157b46579f6196d61f33

The 3rd download is LightWave 5.0.
The 4th download is a crack for LightWave 5.0.

Compatibility
Architecture: PPC

It could be used with a dongle emulator (included) or cracked (also
included). The dongle emulator will work for any patched version. In
case you do not want use it, the archive also includes cracks for
appropriate patched versions. Don't forget to check the Read Me.
