This mini-utility will automatically unlock your keychain on system
startup. It will also unlock it whenever you run the application. It's
quite handy for those of us who love the keychain, but hate the fact
that every time we restart or boot-up, we must unlock it first before
it can be used.
This utility does what it says on the tin: it automatically unlocks
your OS 9 keychain on startup. It also allows you to auto-mount a file
share on startup after the unlock via a special folder in the System
folder, allowing you to have a network share permanently and
automatically mounted without ever having to enter any password or
click in any dialog box. Very useful if you've set up netatalk to
easily share files with your OS 9 machine over the network.
It was given away for free on the developer's website until around mid
2001, at which point it seems to have disappeared entirely. The
developer's website is now defunct. The last version of the product
page that I can find [can be seen via archive.org here.][1]
I've only tested this on a real Mac, and not under any emulation, but
I don't see why it shouldn't work on any emulator running OS 9.
