Kapu is a SIMPLE password protection program. As such it is meant only
as a first line of defense. It is easily worked around with a system
disk. This is good if you forget your password but not so good against
a real malicious prober ready to attack your computer.
It's for people who want a way to protect their computer against the
casual prober, such as a fellow worker, an uninvited guest, or a
child. Kapu will do that well. Few people walk around with a System
Disk in their pocket.
Actually your password itself is well protected by encryption. It is
not visible by resource or file editing programs.
