iWeb 2.0.0 gets installed by most iLife'08 suite and the next Updater
to make the rounds is 2.0.3 which says it required OSX 10.4.9 - if you
know how to install iLife'08 to OSX 10.4.8 then this dL installs
version 2.0.2 there, or higher. This dL has many positive qualities:

\- an unmodified Apple pkg taken from an Apple DVD.
\- installs right even if you skipped iWeb 2.0.0 at iLife'08.
\- if iLife'08 not present, a friendly popup that.
\- can be the highest natural version for OSX 10.4.8

iWeb 2.0.3 & 2.0.4 Updaters can be hacked to also install on OSX
10.4.8 (their natural state requires 10.4.9) after however, the apps
aren't complaining. iWeb 2.0.3 Updater installs directly to iWeb 2.0.0
as well, which is why this v2.0.2 is a rarity.

In general if you use iLife'08 but you don't use iWeb 2 then I
wouldn't install any iWeb 2 because it is more than 53000 filesystem
items, weightier than all the rest of iLife'08 combined.

See [GarageBand 4.1.0][1] for a similar product, lost
iLife'08 Update whose is the highest in OSX 10.4.8
