Introduction to Object-Oriented Programming, part of the Self-Paced
Training series produced by Apple Developer University is designed to
teach programmers how to use object-oriented technology to accelerate
development time and reduce maintenance costs for Macintosh
applications. The class, delivered through state-of-the-art multimedia
instructional techniques, including a voice-narrated, fully animated
CD with interactive labs and solutions as well as an introductory
videotape, covers tools and concepts such as: Class Libraries,
Application Frameworks, Macintosh Programmers Workshop (MPW),
Polymorphism, MacBrowse, Debugging and SADE, CRCCards, Subclassing and
Overriding, Data Encapsulation, Information Hiding, Disposing of
Objects, and Object-Oriented Design.

The enclosed CD contains a HyperCard navigation stack, animated
lessons, lab solutions, and various other aids to Macintosh
programming. Solutions to the lab exercises are in the IntroToOOPLabs
folder, which will be copied to your hard disk when the class
registers you as a user. Lab instructions are included in the workbook
for both Object Pascal and C ++ programmers.
