InterWebPPC is an unofficial continuation of TenFourFox.

As of 2023 i will no longer be building separate G3 / G4 / G5 releases
as it's very time consuming and hard on my machines. It literally
consumes 10-12 hours to set everything up and compile IWPPC 3 times
for each build on my dual 2.3ghz G5, or worse yet... 10 hours per
build on my 1.6ghz G5. The generic build works just fine IMHO.

The goals here are simple.
1) Produce 1 or 2 builds a year where each new build will include all
the unofficial hobby mode TFF updates since the last time InterWebPPC
was released.
2) There is no other goal. ![Wink][2]

No extra code was added or removed. I simply disabled a few things i
deemed useless and adjusted the mozconfigs to my liking. You'll notice
InterWebPPC is a bit smaller than TFF because of this. It's smaller,
lighter, faster. It also uses its own profile, so it won't interfere
with your current TFF profile.

I highly recommend noscript and ublock or at least a hosts file to
speed up browsing.

I observed a pronounced improvement in browsing performance by
configuring InterWebPPC to leverage Quartz 2D Extreme / QuartzGL
whenever possible (available on both Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5), provided
that your machine has a Core Image-supported graphics card installed,
such as a GeForce FX 5200 or Radeon 9500 and up.

For further performance improvements, installing [TenFourFoxPEP (and
the recommended addons)][4] to InterWebPPC can make an additional
positive impact on the browser's overall usability in modern Web
pages.
