Allows multicolor icons on a color monitor.

This pack contains version 1.5 of the INIT and version 1.2 of the
source code, both taken from the [BMUG PD-ROM Vol. 2][1] CD. If you
come across a later version (1.6 is known to exist), please upload it
to this page.
