Hexadecimal file editor with abilities to insert and delete, edit both

however this archive has complete documentation and source code.

dL #7 is 2008 version 2.2 for System 7.5 to OS 9, including docs,
change history, etc.
One annoying bug persists in the highest v2.2 where the red traffic
light in an OS X window's top left does not darken if changes have
been made, the red button remain bright always.

dL #1 (Universal Binary) is better suited for OS X 10.4 and higher.
