Updates to the application and its database were available via
subscription.
This later became Total Recall Software's product, who marketed it as
"Help!", "Help! Personal", and "Help! Network". They also marketed
MacMedic & MacMedic Pro for repairs (with Undo!), recovery, and
defragmenting of HFS and HFS+, and SpaceMaker. These were sold through
MacPitSTop.com. Total Recall ceased all subscription sales on
1999-08-24. The last update to "Help!" was in 1999 September. (see
