Driver extension for the Mac GamePad, by Advanced Gravis. Includes
GamePad settings for popular games from the time of release.

Regarding the unlabeled "Control Switch" at the top of the controller
(User's Guide, Page 10):

> The Control Switch allows you to switch between Keystroke and Cursor
> Control at any time. When the Control Switch is positioned closest
> to the Fire Buttons it is in Keystroke Control. When the switch is
> closest to the Movement Pad the GamePad is in Cursor Control.

> When the GamePad is in Keystroke Control, the function and operation
> of the Movement Pad and Fire Buttons is determined by the active
> GamePad Set.
>
> When the GamePad is in Cursor Control, the Movement Pad controls
> your cursor, a designated Fire Button acts as a mouse button, and
> the remaining buttons perform the tasks designated by the active
> GamePad Set.

By default, the Blue Fire Button is assigned to act as the mouse
button when the Control Switch is set to Cursor Control mode. This can
be changed by adjusting the "Mouse Button" selection within the Cursor
Settings menu (the button depicting the D-pad with a moving arrow
cursor).
