Famous music visualizer, it can stand alone as an app taking Line-In
or Internal CD, and it has plug-in varieties for many music player
apps: iTunes, SoundJam, Audion, MACAST, MacAMP, Winamp, Sonique.
G-Force visualizer is not to be confused with GeForce graphics cards
by nVidia, different animals. G-Force began as freeware, then it had
free demos plus "Gold" editions which could be purchased, and
eventually turned into shareware for late OS X.

1st dL is version 2.0 (February 21 2001) for standalone and for
SoundJam. It has a 2nd version for SoundJam that is optimized for G4
processors, but the 2nd standalone version is identical to the 1st and
it isn't known which version it is, G4 or not. It cannot be plugged
into iTunes because this predates the release of Apple iTunes. The
standalone app must be launched alongside (same directory as) the
"G-Force Files" folder, and the "More G-Force Configs" folders have to
be merged in with the "G-Force Files" folders in order to view the
Extra content. The two batches have several duplicates to be resolved
or else these few Configs will become twice as likely to appear
randomly. This archive needs an eventual repair and added
instructional file.

2nd dL is version 2.0b6 (October 21 2000) featured for SoundJam plus
has a standalone app and this is much older than the first download,
but this has its original Aladdin installer archive and good
about/readme texts.

G-Force v2.0 is also included with [Audion 3.0.2a Classic][1] here at
the MG ?at DL#5 on that page.
G-Force v1.1.5 for [MACAST v1.0.1][2] is included in with that page's
download.

After launching G-Force once, Quit it, then edit the "G-Force Prefs"
file most recently modified in your "System Folder/Preferences/".
Increase its value of 'MaxY' as needed, and change "FS_X" and "FS_Y"
values to your desired fullscreen resolution.

G-Force 2.x does mirror the rendering engine and complexity of another
visualizer named "WhiteCap" 4.x , so G-Force 2.0 is a lot like
WhiteCap 4.0 , G-Force 2.5 is like WhiteCap 4.5 , and G-Force 2.7 is
like WhiteCap 4.7 (they're both for OS X only).

*Please locate a higher version which can be plugged into iTunes v2 on
OS9. Macworld magazine had a fondness for G-Force and WhiteCap,
perhaps their set of CDs has it.
