This was a $10 - $12 shareware app sold by Unsanity (no longer
trading).

The last download contains the registration details (also in first
upload) that work for all versions.

Download #1 contains version 3.3.1, compatible with 10.2 Jaguar and
10.3 Panther.
Download #2 contains version 3.6.4, the latest version compatible with
10.3 Panther.
Download #3 contains version 3.7.3, the latest version compatible with
10.4 Tiger.
Download #4 contains version 3.8.4, the final version, compatible with
10.5 Leopard and 10.6 Snow Leopard.

If anyone has version 3.7.4 Beta 4 (fruitmenu-374b4.dmg), please
