Requires Mac OS 9.0 to 9.2.2 (can run in Classic mode on PPC OS X).
From the Installer's Read Me documentation:
MAC OS SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
To use FrameMaker, you need the following hardware and software:
* PowerPC processor that supports the Energy Saver Control Panel
(G3/G4 recommended)
* Mac OS 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, OSX 10.1 (Classic Mode)
* 128 MB of RAM (256 MB recommended for structured authoring)
* 180-320 MB of available hard-disk space (320 MB recommended).
* 800 x 600 VGA monitor (1024 x 768 recommended)
* CD-ROM drive
* Macintosh-compatible printer (Adobe Postscript printer

Note: ~~The FrameMaker installer does not support installing
FrameMaker under OS X Classic mode (or in Mac OS X).~~ That info comes
from the FrameMaker Installer's Read Me file and refers to the Mac OS
X available at the time of release (10.1). It may or may not be true.
Unixphreak reports this installs fine in Classic mode (OS X 10.4.11).
For Full Info on installation see "Manual" link above (its the
installation "Read Me" file in full)
Important - Running in SheepShaver: The following quote is by "Mr.
Tamarin" in the emaculation forum:
> I tried several times to start FrameMaker, and it would crash

> FrameMaker mode.
For steps to run in SheepShaver, and to read the thread in full, see
the last few posts by "Mr. Tamarin" [here][7]. With thanks to NucAr
for bringing this info to our attention.
