FolderCleanUp is a simple program that would recursively open in
Finder and clean up the icons and window size. You simply drop a
folder onto FolderCleanUp and it does the job (though it can take a
while, since it appears to be scripting Finder to do the job). The
software is freeware, but no longer available.
