At one point I wanted to restore old Installer Floppy Disks that I
didn't have anymore or never had, to make the retro-outfit of my LC475
complete. I started looking for old labels. But these are very hard to
find. I found some pictures here and there and started to remake them
with illustrator and InDesign. Here are the results of the labels I
reconstructed (and partly invented myself). Download them to resurrect
your own installer floppy disks. If there are requests for other
labels (and you have some examples of what they should look like) I
can try to remake them.
