Easy Open is an elegant way to access your favorite applications from
within the contextual menu of the Finder. After you have created your
list of favorite applications you can access the following commands
from the contextual menu: Open application from list, open document(s)
with application, set default application of selected document(s),
open document(s) with a running application, add application(s) to
list, open application(s) with application from list.
