DiskExpress version 1.10 is a disk optimization and diagnostic package
for use with hard drives and floppy disks. It is compatible with both
MFS and HFS file systems.
The download on this page was imaged from original media, and is
provided as a 400k Disk Copy 4.2 disk image, compressed with StuffIt
1.5.1, and encoded as BinHex 4.0. It was originally bundled with a
MicahDrive AT 20, from MICAH, Inc.

From the Read Me:
"[TurboCharger][2] is NOT compatible with DiskExpress. Do not use
DiskExpress on a disk that has TurboCharger installed - Permanent loss
of data will occur!"
Not compatible with the Mirror MagNet 40/40 dual hard drive and tape-
backup peripheral.
If using the Apple HD 20 on a Mac with the original 64k ROMs
installed, you must use version 1.1 of the HD 20 startup file on the
startup diskette.

If using an internal HyperDrive with a Macintosh 512k or Plus, you
must use HyperDrive software version V3R1 or later.
If using a DateFrame 20, you must use driver version 2.1 or later. Do
not use driver version 1.5!
It is recommended that you run DiskExpress from a copy of the master
disk. The DiskExpress diskette contains a system folder with System
4.1/Finder 5.5. If using with a Macintosh XL, build a master disk with
System 3.2/Finder 5.3 instead.
