This interactive cookbook features over 140 built-in recipes, from
"Barbecued Beef Texas Style" to "Escallopes De Veau A La Normande",
along with a primer on wines and a short glossary. Annoyingly, the
authors blew what could have been one of the most compelling features
of a digital cookbook: automatic unit conversion. Only imperial units
are supported, with plaintext metric conversion tables provided to let
you do the math yourself.

We are still seeking a copy of the Silver Palate Collection recipe
pack, as well as any other add-on disks that may have been published.
