Text converter that exports and imports MacRoman, Windows, DOS and
several code pages of both the ISO and Unicode standards as well as
several other code pages for Asian languages. This is v1.5.2

A similar utility with less features but that doesn't requires the
Text Encoding Converter engine is [TEXT<-> .TXT Converter][1].
