Before we had Google to easily convert units in a second, there was
ConvertUnits, an obscure but handy tool that let you perform all
manner of complex unit converts.
Open up a ConvertUnits database for the type of unit want to work with
(select Basics for the most common types), the direction (English to
metric or vice versa) and then the units.
Includes a desk accessory and HyperCard 1.2 stack version of the
program.
