This is Contour action cameras' editing software. Contour went out of
business a long time ago, but their cameras are still remarkably
useful. The editing capabilities of this software are rather basic,
with some rudimentary cataloging features as well as the ability to
read out GPS data from your video recordings, provided this feature
was enabled on your Contour camera when you recorded.

is usable up to Mac OS 10.14 which is the last 32-bit version before
Apple dropped 32-bit support in its entirety.
