Here is Combo Model V. I believe this and Combo Model F were
discontinued to be used as the basis for the Vox and Farfisa
emulations in Arturia's V Collection.

1.3.1 was the last version to support Tiger PPC.

The last release of Combo F was in 2015 so I will wait until next year
to add that.
