Note: For some reason it's possible for the precompiled headers to be
out of date, though I'm not clear on why.
According to CodeWarrior Help's guidance, under C/C++ Error 10123, the
fix for this on Metrowerks-provided header files is to rebuild their
associated precompiled header projects.
In my case, opening up `Metrowerks CodeWarrior:MacOS
Support:MacHeaders:MacHeaders.mcp` and Making it (Command-M) will fix
the build of a Macintosh Toolbox project with the default stationery.
